Fantastic villa, super recommended! I had a wonderful relaxing vacation with my wife. The house is extremely comfortable, everything is new and every detail is carefully taken care of, the large pool and garden were all private for us. The rooms are spacious with views of the garden, pool and lake. The bathrooms are comfortable, both with showers

Giulio, the host, gave us many useful suggestions about restaurants and things to do and was very kind to us. The location is a 3 minute walk to the center of San Giovanni and a 5-10 minute ferry or train or bus ride from Bellagio (or 15 minute walk). We will be back in the fall for the beautiful foliage.!

Such a stunning and luxurious villa in a beautiful location. We stayed here for a friend's birthday and it was the perfect place to celebrate. Beautiful scenery and views from the villa, and also very peaceful and private. Our host was super friendly and hospitable and we felt warmly welcomed before we even checked in. Five-star elegant and beautifully renovated villa, gardens and pool area! The villa is equipped with everything brand-new! The location is outside crowded Bellagio, yet only twenty minute walk at a relaxed pace from Bellagio downtown, or 2-3 minutes car. Our host was extremely helpful!

The house is beautiful and spotless , the pool is gorgeous! Really relaxing! We really loved the location as you could walk to Bellagio in few mins but also get the ferry or train. Really handy and easy. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Como!
